My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable thanks to the incredible personalized service from the staff, who really went out of their way to make me feel at home. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of Pollino National Park. I also loved the unique cultural experiences offered. However, while there was a great variety in dining options, the quality varied a bit, and I would have appreciated more engaging outdoor activities during the downtime.
